Project Spiegelwelten – International Documentation

The Manifesto

Key Demands for the Digital Transformation of Mental Health

Based on the analysis of over 10 million words of AI-supported crisis management, we demand:

I. Establishment of a „Safe Haven“ for Digital Patient Data
A state-certified infrastructure where patients can share their anonymized AI chat histories for research purposes.

II. 24/7 AI Emergency Support as a Bridge Service
Recognition of specialized AI systems as de-escalation tools to bridge gaps in professional care.

III. Sovereignty over „Digital Forensics“
The patient’s right to a standardized evaluation of their own interaction data as validated evidence of their personal journey.

Scientific Documentation & Methodology

This project is a systematic N=1 case study examining the use of AI as a structuring tool in mental health.
