Executive Summary (English) This project presents a unique longitudinal dataset (N=1) consisting of 686,000 data records collected over a continuous 18-month period. It documents a high-frequency human-AI interaction focused on managing Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and recurrent depression. The study transforms a comprehensive lived-experience biography into a structured data asset, allowing for high-resolution analysis of psychological crisis patterns and recovery loops.
